1)For regular stock item, if there’s quality issue, we accept free returns and will refund the order payment( or ship new replacement ),other reasons returning of parcel, buyer need bear the returning fees.

So please DO choose right item(right bag color, right bag size etc) for your business, if you're not sure about size, we would send sample for checking in advance;

2)For customized orders, we don't accept cancellation of order once production has been arranged after confirmation, also we don’t accept returns unless there’s quality issue(Please DO PAY ATTENTION ABOUT IT).

3)All selling items' price is not including fee of imported customs tax or VAT, unless special items remarked  DDP trading terms.

4)For orders value not less than US $500 ,we have competitive price with service of customs clearance and tax, which is door to door service (DDP trading term),specific contact us by email.

5)If buyers worry about safety, we accept placing order through Alibaba's Trade Assurance, to assure you quick, secure, and easy international transaction.
